Over the last few years, Frank also enjoyed travelling across Canada with his niece Rebecca. He is survived by a brother Jimmy Quinlan, Shelburne, as well as by special nieces, Rebecca Fudge and Beth Wideman; great nieces and nephews, Morgan, Jade and James Steele, Hope and Willie Field, as well as many other nieces and nephews. Aside from his biological and adoptive parents, he was predeceased by siblings, Bradford, Charlie, Ruthann, Herbie, Oscar and Donnie-Wayne. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at 3 p.m., Saturday, January 19 from Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, 29 Albert St., Yarmouth, Rev. M. Alden Fells officiating.
