Reggie Bush returns 2005 Heisman Trophy, Heisman Trust cites 'enormous changes in college athletics'

Former USC and NFL running back Reggie Bush is looking to win the Heisman Trophy back to him in 2005.

With Bush's reinstatement, USC has the most Heisman Trophy winners in college football, with eight.
