The Wounds Run Deep: McNeil acknowledges history of racism in Nova Scotia
ANNAPOLIS ROYAL - The wounds of racism run deep in Nova Scotia and for generations African Nova Scotians have been left in poverty, said Nova Scotia’s Premier Stephen McNeil.
The McKay Memorial Library is hosting a pair of March Break programs for young people.
The Mad Scientist program on Wednesday, March 12 provides some fun science experiments for children in Grade 4 to 6. Participants are invited to bring a friend to this drop-in program.
The LEGO Challenge takes place on Saturday, March 15 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Children in Grade Primary to 3 can enjoy an hour filled with building challenges using LEGO during this drop-in program.
