Taylor Swift has grown into one of the biggest superstars on the planet — and a new Arizona State University course digs into what psychologists can learn from her life.

The course, called The Psychology of Taylor Swift — Advanced Topics in Social Psychology, is being offered this fall and will be taught by PhD student Alexandra Warmley. “The course basically uses Taylor Swift as a semester-long example of different phenomena — gossip, relationships, revenge,” she said. ASU’s news site, “The class isn’t a seminar about how much we like or dislike her—we want to learn about psychology.”
