Country music star Morgan Wallen was arrested Sunday night after allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a bar in Nashville, police said.

Wallen, 30, faces three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct following the incident at Chiefs, country artist Eric Church's six-story restaurant bar in downtown Nashville, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. Police a Social media post Wallen threw a chair from the top floor of the chair, which landed on Broadway — near two officers.

His attorney, Worick Robinson, confirmed the arrest and said the singer is cooperating with authorities in a statement to CBS News.

Wallen's bond was set at $15,250. He will appear in court on May 3. He was arrested when he kicked off his One Night at a Time tour on Friday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. He will be in Nashville for his concerts from May 2nd to May 4th.

On Sunday, his fellow country music peers celebrated the victory Country Music Television Awards in Austin, Texas. Wallen's “Last Night” music video was nominated for Best Male Video of the year, but he lost Jelly Roll, “Need a Favor” video Instead he won.
