Bluegrass BOGO - two for one performance coming to Windsor
WINDSOR, N.S. – Bluegrass fans can look forward to a BOGO deal in Windsor this spring, with The Slocan Ramblers and Alan Jeffries bringing a double bill performance to the Mermaid Theatre
Kevin Copeland (Morgan Spector) ventures out into the mist in order to get to his wife and daughter who are stranded at the local mall. Based on a story written by Stephen King, Spike TV’s The Mist premieres on June 22, 2017.
WINDSOR, N.S. — Two cops and a civilian walk out of a brick building and step down a set of stone stairs, looking out at the horizon. They see a wall of ominous mist flowing towards the town.
It’s the beginning of the trailer for Spike’s original new TV show called The Mist, based on the Stephen King novel of the same name.
The trailer is spooky, but locals might be asking ‘oh, isn’t that the aquatic centre?’ or ‘oh, that’s the community centre right? And hey, isn’t that the Bedford Place Mall in Bedford?’
This is the first peek of the horror TV show in development since filming wrapped up during the summer of 2016.
Much of the production was filmed in Nova Scotia, including Windsor, Bedford and Fall River.
During the filming in Windsor last year, some streets were blocked to traffic to allow a large crew of actors and flimmakers do their work.
The 10-episode horror-drama debuts on Spike on June 22, 2017.
