Ice Dogs alumni facing off in charity game for Rosalin Nickerson fund

Past and present Barrington Sea Star Ice Dogs’ players will be facing off for charity at the Barrington Arena on Jan. 29.

The game, in support of the Rosalin Nickerson Care Fund, gets underway at 7:30 p.m. with the 2009 Ice Dogs’ squad facing off against alumni players from the 2000 to 2007 teams.

Confirmed so far for the alumni team are former Ice Dogs’ Korey MacKinnon, Doug Ross, Ryan Dixon, Andre Atkinson, Jordy Atkinson, Brandon Crowell, Daniel Ross, Daniel Crowell, Stefan Newell, Jeremy Shand, Michael Symonds and Jeremy Stoddard.

All proceeds will go to the Rosalin Nickerson Care Fund, which supports local cancer patients in the Municipality of Barrington and Clark’s Harbour.
