Local man arrested in drug bust

A 46-year-old Shelburne County man is facing possession and marijuana trafficking charges in the wake of a search of a Welshtown residence on Nov. 24.

The Shelburne County Street Crime Enforcement Unit with help from the local RCMP detachment located and seized 100 grams of marijuana from the residence.

The man will appear in court on Feb. 10 to face the charges in Shelburne Provincial Court.
