Calls for service the Shelburne R.C.M.P. received for June 12 to June 19

Town of Shelburne

Theft of a BBQ from a residence on Ann Street.

Minor MVA with a deer on King Street.

Report of firecrackers being set off at a residence on Victoria Street. Individuals spoken with.

One male charged for impaired operation on Falls Lane.

Minor two vehicle MVA on King Street.

One male youth charged for being intoxicated in a public place on Victoria Street.

False alarm at a business on King Street.

Complaint of Damage to Property, male young offender being charged with Damage to Property to appear in court in September 2009 for plea. Complaint of intoxicated male outside a business, transported by EHS to Roseway Hospital for examination. Impaired Driver arrested during early morning hours (approx 4 a.m.) charged with Impaired and Over 80 mgs, breath result readings of 200 & 190 mgs. False Alarm at a business in Town of Shelburne Breach of Protection of Property Act reported, matter under investigation Damage to Property at a business report, matter under investigation

Single vehicle MVA on Highway 103 near Woodlawn Drive.

Report of an unwanted person at a residence in Sable River. Patrol made, and male charged for assault.

ATV report on Highway 103 near Sable River. Patrol made, ATV’s not located.

Report of a suspicious person in Jordan Ferry. Patrol made, person not located.

One male charged for breach of a peace bond on Sandy Point Road.

Complaint of Breach of Undertaking, patrol made to residence adult male arrested and held in custody to appear in court for Breach of Undertaking charge at a later date 911 call, patrol made, no emergency, no charges to be laid.

Shelburne West

Report of dangerous driving in Clyde River.

False alarm at a residence in Ingomar.
