Ingredients:
16oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
6oz can of tomato soup
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
1 to 2lbs. of Turkey Kielbasa, thinly sliced
4 qts. water
chopped parsley to garnish
Combine all ingredients except parsley in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting 10 to 12 hours. Garnish individual servings with parsley, if desired. Serves 8.
